One of the great opportunities that APECS presents for young researchers is its ability to connect students of the same, or similar disciplines, as well as motivate students who might have an interest in broadening their academic spectrum into new fields of research. If you are looking for a way to connect with other people in your discipline or that are interested in the same topics as you are - we suggest you subscribe to one of the APECS discussion lists. This is still a new project for us, so if you have ideas on new lists and are willing to help moderate them, please let us know.
