This luncheon will provide a forum for young scholars to meet and learn from policy-makers, senior scientists already engaged in policy and others who are actively contributing to the cooperative governance of this unique international commons. Participants also may raise questions about the Arctic and other extant or potential venues for international governance.

The workshop will open with brief introductory statements from each panel member followed by an active interchange of ideas and questions with the audience. Participants are strongly encouraged to come with questions prepared.
