Since its inception, APECS activities have aimed to help provide a continuum of knowledge in polar and cryospheric research. In an effort to assure a broad representation of mentors at our events, and to help young researchers around the globe develop relationships with senior mentors, APECS meaintains a database of those people willing to serve as mentors to young researchers in a variety of ways. The Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (APECS) is currently working with mentors and partners to develop a webinar series for our members in order to assist them with their career development goals.
