Congratulations on your acceptance to the IPY International Early Career Polar Researchers Symposium to be held 4-8 December 2009 in Victoria, BC. Below you will find some important information you will need to prepare for this event.
Visa Requirements

Flight Reservations
We have a partnership with Air Canada to offer reduced airfare for all of your participants. Most applicants will receive a 10% discount if you book your flight through Air Canada's website (www.aircanada.com) to Victoria, between 29 November and 15 December 2009. Accomadation
Many of you will receive free lodging through your participation in the Symosium. We have chosen the wonderful Howard Johnson in Victoria as our home-away-from-home for a few days. You can find more information on the hotel below. Roomate assignments will be made shortly and you will receive an email about your roommate and their contact information. If you snore, do let us know so we can pair you with another snorer :).
