APECS Events

This 10-day course will introduce students to the physical properties of sea ice and the biological communities living within the ice in the Okhotsk Sea. The course will include a combination of fieldwork, lectures and a small research project. Cost of the course is approximately 25,000 yen for travel within Japan, food and accomodation, plus travel expenses to Japan.
