The Climate System Research Group at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) invites applications for a senior Postdoc position (100%) in the field of climatology and climate modeling. The group’s focus is the study of multi-scale atmospheric processes that connect global climate change signals and regional/local changes in all climatic zones (“climate change attribution”), with a focus on cold regions (high mountains and ice sheets).

The position is available for 6 years initially (3+3), and has a total scope of 12 years (depending on your experience; German pay scale E13 or A13).
