DESCRIPTION:<p dir="ltr">The <strong>VI APECS-Brazil Symposium</strong> will be held on
 line between <strong>February 2 and 4, 2021</strong> with the theme <strong
 >"The importance of polar science in the face of global issues"</strong>.</
 p><p dir="ltr">The event aims to provide the exchange of knowledge on polar
  topics and connect polar researchers from all over the world. The event is
  aimed at all people interested in polar science.</p><p dir="ltr">In additi
 on to the program that includes several lectures and round tables in Portug
 uese, English or Spanish, the event will also have simultaneous translation
  into Brazilian sign language, Portuguese, English and Spanish.</p><p dir="
 ltr">For this reason, APECS-Brazil is offering free registration for APECS 
 members, researchers, students, and their national committees interested in
  attending lectures in English or Spanish.</p><p dir="ltr">Interested parti
