 mate Research Alliance (ECRA)</strong> will celebrate its 10 years annivers
 ary with this high-level event. The event is open to all, and will feature:

 &nbsp; &nbsp; • Michel Rixen, WMO;<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; • Carl
