 021 at 9:00 am GMT.\nThe aim of this webinar is to provide insides on how t
 o publish your scientific results successfully and how to advertise your fi
 ndings to both the scientific community and the general public.\n\nThe webi
 nar will be organized in two parts:\nIn the first part, Executive Editor of
  the open access journal Ocean Science, Dr. Mario Hoppema (Alfred Wegener I
 nstitute) will talk about how to prepare your data and manuscript to meet j
 ournal's requirements. Dr. Hoppema will provide tips on the technical side 
 of paper preparation and writing from the viewpoint of the editor.\nIn the 
 second part, we will focus on the results presentation and advertisement. A
 nn Kristin Montano (GEOMAR; projects CUSCO, EVAR and REEBUS), an expert in 
 scientific communication, will talk about how to present your scientific re
 sults to the broad public and how to use social media. Later, Dr. Mar Ferná
 ndez-Méndez (GEOMAR), biological oceanographer, will provide examples of po
