DESCRIPTION:<p style="text-align: justify;">The <strong>IASSA Council</strong> and <str
 ong>ICASS X Organizing Committee</strong> have considered various hybrid op
 tions for the Congress. These considerations included the inputs from the m
 embership (the survey conducted at the time of abstract submission demonstr
 ated that the ICASS attendees will be amenable to either in-person or onlin
 e option), local hosts (NARFU and local health authorities), visa/travel ex
 perts and IASSA partners. Given the continuing uncertainties with the progr
 ession of the COVID-19 pandemic and international travel restrictions, we d
 etermined that the following hybrid format will be the best option:<br /> &
 nbsp;<br /> -IN-PERSON PLENARIES AND ROUND TABLES: <strong>June 15-16</stro
 ng> (arrival on June 14, limited to 150-200 attendees as per health authori
 ties). All in-person plenaries will be <span style="text-decoration: underl
 ine;">recorded and broadcast online</span>.<br /> The in-person component w
 ill take place in Arkhangelsk and will be <span style="text-decoration: und
 erline;">by special invitation only</span>. The limited number of participa
 nts will ensure that we follow safety protocols and adhere to travel and vi
 sa restrictions. The ICASS X Organizing Committee will issue the invitation
 s only to the participants of the plenary panels and round tables organized
  by the Committee. These panels will also include virtual participants. Pre
 ference will also be given to early career and Indigenous scholars (includi
 ng those receiving travel awards). We apologize in advance to those who can
 not be invited due to the limited capacity under the public health rules.<b
 r /> -ONLINE SCIENCE PROGRAM: <strong>June 17-20</strong> (all sessions, pa
 per and poster presentations, virtual exhibits will take place online)&nbsp
 ;&nbsp;<br /> -ONLINE GENERAL ASSEMBLY: <strong>June 17</strong><br /> -ONL
 INE ELECTIONS: IASSA Presidential and Council elections will be conducted o
