  Camilla V. Marcinkowski (Mindfulness Teacher at Danish Centre of Mindfulne
 ss) and Maria Blach Nielsen (Research Advisor and Coach at Department of Bi
 ology, Aarhus University)\n\nMany academia-specific stress triggers intensi
 fied during the ongoing pandemic, causing significant mental health issues 
 especially among early career researchers. In this workshop Camilla and Mar
 ia will share background information, but especially guide practices in min
 dfulness and towards a kinder work ethic. Carving out time for mental healt
 h will benefit both you and your work. This workshop is suited for beginner
 s in meditation, breath-work and new ways to structure your research, as we
 ll as those, who already experienced this path. After 1 hour of practice, w
 e will share and discuss the most useful tools and shifts of perspective in
