AntC limNow is one of the new SCAR Scientific Research Programmes (SRPs) and is focussed on understanding current trends and variability in Anta rctic climate and prediction of near-term conditions in the Antarctic clima te system on timescales of years to decades.

The purpose of the launch event is to announce the start of the progra mme to both the Antarctic science and the wider communities with the aim of identifying opportunities for future collaboration and/or engagement.
