 icy Committee's Sea Ice Collaboration Team (SICT) meeting on Aug 2, 1-2pm E
 T.\n \n The SICT brings together scientists from federal, state, academic, 
 NGO, industry, indigenous and international organizations to share their wo
 rk and team up to enhance understanding and improve predictions of the chan
 ging Arctic sea ice cover. The goal of the August 2 meeting is to learn abo
 ut recent achievements of the International Arctic Buoy Programme and its c
 ollaborative efforts in improving our observational capacity of Arctic sea 
 ice and its integration of science with education and outreach.\nThe meetin
 g will end with updates from the community. We invite all meeting attendees
  to share announcements, recent findings (published or unpublished), ideas 
 for collaboration, requests for future meetings, and other items that you m
