DESCRIPTION:***UPDATE***\nThe pandemic situation has been highly uncertain and the RING
 S Steering Committee considers that it is not fully societally responsible 
 to organize the workshop as originally planned under this circumstance. The
 refore, we decided to postpone the workshop to 27-30 June, 2022, and regist

 \nSCAR Action Group RINGS (https://www.scar.org/science/rings/about/) will 
 organize a 4-day workshop from 9-12 March, 2022. The primary goal of this w
 orkshop is to generate synergies and international cooperation to develop m
 ore accurate and complete reference bed topography data for robust assessme
 nts of ice discharge from all around Antarctica. The secondary goal is to d
 iscuss relevant science plans for the ice sheet’s marginal zone.\nWe welcom
 e both Action Group members and non-members from multiple disciplines relat
 ed to RINGS. We uphold SCAR’s values of diversity and inclusion and strongl
