 nference on the topic <strong>"Mental Health in PhD students: The role of g
 raduate schools, the integration of international students and impostor syn
 drome"</strong>. The event will take place online on <strong>October 19th f
 rom 10AM to 6PM</strong>. The event will be held in English and is free of 
 charge.<br /> <br /> The event will incorporate keynotes, workshops, and ha
 ckathons to work on improving the current situations for early career resea
 rchers. The conference was initiated by <strong><a href="https://www.schola
 r-minds.net/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Scholar Minds</a> &amp; the Be
 rlin Cluster of Excellence</strong> "<a href="https://www.scienceofintellig
 ence.de/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Science of Intelligence</a>" and i
 s a collaborative project of several mental health initiatives across Germa
 ny.<br /> <br /> We are pleased to present a keynote lecture by Gordon Feld
  who will give an overview of how Germany needs to address the structural c
 hallenges of the academic system to best promote early career researchers.<
 br /> <br /> Further, we offer workshops on a selection of recurrent topics
  for early career researchers such as impostor syndrome (Mental Health Coll
 ective), stress management (Innerminder) or how to coordinate your projects
  (Scholar Minds).<br /> <br /> Another highlight of the conference will be 
 several hackathons tackling current challenges of the academic world such a
 s how to improve the situation for international early career researchers i
 n Germany (MATH+), bridging mental health and academic (N2 Network) or how 
 the perfect graduate school (Dragonfly Mental Health) could look like.<br /
 > <br /> Last but not least, there will be a panel discussion on the topic 
 "Towards sunnier days: How to overcome the mental health crisis in academia
 ?" opening the stage for different players of the academic system such as J
 ule Specht (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin), Martin Grund (Max Planck Insti
 tute Leipzig), Ralf Kurvers (Science of Intelligence), and Aite Kashef (Lis
 e-Meitner-Gesellschaft).<br /> <br /> Attached you can find the preliminary
