DESCRIPTION:Due to COVID-19 measures our symposium “For Sustainability in the Polar Reg
 ions“ will be held 17 March 2022! See further information here (images/Arti

 the annual Polar Symposium. NPP-NWO, APECS Netherlands (https://apecsnether
 lands.com/) and the Dutch Arctic Circle (DAC) joined forces to once again p
 resent a day full of state-of-the-art polar science, relevant results, new 
 developments and most of all networking opportunities. We will link scienti
 fic insights with the development of activities in the Arctic and governanc
 e.\nThis symposium will be our main focus in the midst of a week full of ot
 her polar activities to be announced later. Registration for the symposium 
 is free, but required for attending. Our location this year is at the Museo
 n. This opens up the opportunity to accommodate more people than ever durin
 g our symposium. Still capacity is, only if COVID-19 restrictions do not ap
 ply anymore, limited to 250 people. The symposium will be held in English. 
 You are kindly invited to present a poster during the Symposium and can cho
