 nd regional level in a changing world. This conference aims to promote the 
 interaction amongst researchers as well as stakeholders, socio-economic, po
 litical and cultural actors, commonly engaged to address the societal chall
 enges of permafrost in a warming world. \nEarly bird registration is availa
