 ing sea-level science to practitioner concerns and needs is an essential st
 ep towards effective coastal adaptation. Talks and participation from all t
 hose interested in these issues is encouraged. There is one day for Paleo s
 ea-level, GIA and the cryospheric contribution to sea-level.</div><div styl
 e="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Five
  years after the WCRP sea level conference took place in New York in 2017, 
 and one year after the last AR6 report provided a comprehensive summary of 
 the state of climate related large scale sea level research, the conference
  will address the existing challenges in describing and understanding regio
 nal sea level changes. The conference will focus strongly on the link from 
 large-scale sea level information to coastal areas and societal implication
 s of those changes to coastal communities. This will include dedicated sess
 ions devoted to practitioner interests and concerns, the science/practition
 er interface, and the co-production between sea-level scientists and practi
 tioners of appropriate information to support coastal adaptation.&nbsp;</di
 v><div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</div><div style="text-align: jus
 tify;">The meeting is held in Singapore adjacent to south, south-east and e
 ast Asia where three quarters of the global population vulnerable to sea-le
 vel rise live today. The meeting is hybrid allowing virtual or in-person pa
