 ned cooperation amongst the Arctic states, except for Russia, has been key 
 to sustain scientific research after the loss of a large geographic partner
 . Cooperation on the ocean and climate issues in the Arctic will continue t
 o be essential moving forward. What does the future hold for efforts to und
 erstand and steward the Arctic Ocean?</p><p>Join the Wilson Center's Polar
