  and navigating power imbalances in Arctic fieldwork. This online event wil
 l take place 28 March 2023, 9:00 a.m.-10:30 p.m. Alaska Daylight Time.</p><
 p>The discussion will cover how to build an inclusive fieldwork environment
  and equip oneself for navigating potential power imbalances prior to headi
 ng to the Arctic this summer. Attendees will learn from an array of panelis
 ts who have ‘been there, done that’ and learned a lot along the way about w
 hat contributes to a positive fieldwork experience, and how to work towards
