DESCRIPTION:The Norwegian Polar Institute is offering a workshop/short course for Quant

  free GIS/mapping package for the Antarctic community, at the upcoming EGU 
 2017 conference in Vienna, Austria, co-organized with the EGU Cryosphere Di
