DESCRIPTION:<p>A meeting for Early Career Researchers involved in Antarctic research to
  be held immediately before the Antarctic Science Conference 2016.</p><p>Th
 e meeting will host a number of professionally-run career development works
 hops on the following themes:<br />(i) Getting the most out of conferences;
 <br />(ii) Publishing work: what, how and where to publish; and<br />(iii) 
 Outreach: ideas and experiments for ECRs to take into educational settings.
 </p><p>ECRs will also be invited to take a tour of the new UEA Sea Ice Cham
 ber.</p><p>A networking drinks reception for meeting participants will be s
 ponsored by UEA and this will be followed by a local meal together (optiona
 l, at own cost).</p>
