 llaborations.org/webinars</a></p><p style="text-align: justify;">To most ef
fectively solve challenging science questions in Arctic research, scientist
s must team up across traditional disciplinary boundaries. The IARPC Collab
orations platform enables these interdisciplinary connections through its o
pen meetings and website. However, communication across disciplines is chal
lenging due to discipline-specific standards and vocabularies. To build the
communication capacity and collaborative research potential of the next ge
neration, IARPC Collaborations offers an online training program for outsta
nding early career scientists. During this public webinar, these early care
er scientists will present lightning talks on various topics in Arctic rese
arch designed to connect and network with scientists from other disciplines
and lay the groundwork for forming new interdisciplinary collaborations. J
oin not only to see examples of effective science communication and network
outside of your discipline, but also to learn more about future science co
mmunication training and networking opportunities through IARPC Collaborati
 ons’ new science communication forum.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><s
