 eight="127" />We would like to announce an <strong>Elmer/Ice beginner level
  course</strong> planned for this October in Finland. This will take place 
 at the Arctic Centre, University of Lapland, in <strong>Rovaniemi on Monday
  22nd October 2018 and Tuesday 23rd October</strong>. Further information i

 or Science from the morning of <strong>Monday 29th October 2018 until the a
