DESCRIPTION:\nWe would like to invite you to the workshop "Towards a better harmonizati
 on of snow observations, modeling and data assimilation in Europe", 30-31 O
 ctober, 2018, Budapest, Hungary.\nThis workshop, organized by COST Action E
 S1404 (Harmosnow) http://harmosnow.eu, will bring together scientists, user
 s and stake holders who contribute to harmonizing practices at the European
  and international scales in the domain of snow research and operational se
 rvices. We invite submissions on all relevant practices including snow in-s
 itu and remote observations, data distribution, modeling, data assimilation
  and education. The workshop is organized within 8 sessions with oral prese
 ntations (solicited and from submission) and posters.\nPlease see the detai
