DESCRIPTION:For years now, The Arctic Institute is supporting the High North Center for
  Business and Governance to organise the annual High North Dialogue Confere
 nce. The yearly High North Dialogue conference gathers experts and stakehol
 ders from a range of sectors, and has a strong focus on business developmen
 t and economic growth in the High North. One aspect that participants highl
 ight as especially useful, is the fact that the conference provides a platf
 orm to interact with young academics and professionals with an interest in 
 the Arctic. The conference coincides with weeklong Master and PhD courses (

 nts from Norway, Russia, China, and several other countries.\n \nThe theme

  such as High North scenarios, Smart Cities, maritime waste and the regiona
 l dimension of development. Business leaders and entrepreneurs will share t
 heir thoughts and know-how on how the enormous business potential in the Ar
