 ussia together with NGO "Fishery Industrial Union of the North" (FIUN)\nWe 
 invite professionals in the field of new technical developments aimed at re
 ducing the negative impact of industrial fisheries on marine ecosystems to 
 participate in the round table.\nThe following research topics are covered:
 \n• reducing the impact of fishing on the bottom sea ecosystems;\n• increas
 ing the selectivity of fishing gear and reducing by-catch of unwanted objec
 ts;\n• reduction of energy consumption of the fishery, reduction of CO2 emi
 ssions. • technical measures to solve the problems of abandoned, lost and d
 iscarded fishing gear (ALDFG) in the marine environment.\nWe receive applic
 ations for participation with presentations in eco-technical areas related 
 to:\n• new gears and fishing methods;\n• control and search equipment of fi
 shing vessels and fishing gear;\n• new technologies in fishing operations;\
 n• projects for the development of technologies for the extraction of marin
 e biological resources (conceptual proposals)\n• new technical solutions to
  avoid the loss of fishing gear (ALDFG).\nThe draft agenda will be formed i
 n the process of accumulating applications. \n \n
