DESCRIPTION:<p>Advanced Climate Dynamics Courses (ACDC) are yearly summer schools organ
 ized by the Bjerknes Centre for Climate Research (University of Bergen) in 
 collaboration with the University of Washington, Woods Hole Oceanographic I
 nstitution, and the University of Texas at Austin with support from the Nor
 wegian Agency for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement in High
 er Education and the Research Council of Norway. Partners for this year’s s
 ummer school include Harvard University, McGill University, Scripps Institu
 tion of Oceanography and IBS Centre for Climate Physics. the goals is to mi
 x diverse students and lecturers with empirical and dynamical training with
 in climate science and focus on understanding the basic principles and dyna
 mics relating to, and defining the climate of the Anthropocene. The key top
