 p;</em></strong>is to summarize the developments, to advance the scientific
  issues of psychological support and psychological support of professional 
 activity in extreme conditions; further conceptualization in the sphere of 
 human interaction with the environment and factors of his work activity; di
 scussion of modern approaches to the concept of extreme work, taking into a
 ccount the poly-factorial negative impact of the environment on staff and t
 otal innovation.</p><p>The International Scientific and Practical Conferenc
 e opens up opportunities for creative and scientific cooperation, the devel
 opment of joint scientific and practical projects, the formation of public 
 opinion on the stated problem.&nbsp;The results of both fundamental researc
 h and applied research conducted in real or experimentally simulated condit
 ions aimed at optimizing the work activities of individual workers, working
  teams or organizations in general are welcomed.</p></div><div class="artic
 le-body"><p>Official languages of the conference: Russian, English.</p><p>A
  collection of conference materials will be published based on the results 
 of the conference (<a href="http://atlantis-press.com/proceedings/all" targ
 et="_blank" rel="noopener">ISPCPEP 2019</a>), and will be indexed in Web of
