DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the conference is to summarize the developments, to advance 
 the scientific issues of psychological support and psychological support of
  professional activity in extreme conditions; further conceptualization in 
 the sphere of human interaction with the environment and factors of his wor
 k activity; discussion of modern approaches to the concept of extreme work,
  taking into account the poly-factorial negative impact of the environment 
 on staff and total innovation.\nThe International Scientific and Practical 
 Conference opens up opportunities for creative and scientific cooperation, 
 the development of joint scientific and practical projects, the formation o
 f public opinion on the stated problem. The results of both fundamental res
 earch and applied research conducted in real or experimentally simulated co
 nditions aimed at optimizing the work activities of individual workers, wor
 king teams or organizations in general are welcomed.\nOfficial languages of
  the conference: Russian, English.\nA collection of conference materials wi
