On May 7, 20 19, minister-level representatives from of the eight Arctic States, the del egations from the Council's six indigenous Permanent Participant organizati ons, and the Chairs of the Council’s six Working Groups will convene in Rov aniemi, Finland, for the eleventh Arctic Council Ministerial meeting.
