 and Bulgaria. We will exchange ideas and start new collaborations in educat
 ional and scientific activities. MoU between Turkey and Bulgaria will be si
 gned up by the Directors of Bulgarian and Turkish Antarctic programs at the
  beginning of the meeting.</p>
