 y solutions and commit to cross-sectoral actions to conserve our ocean and 
 use its resources in a sustainable way.\nOne of the actions of the joint MS
 P Roadmap adopted by UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission an
 d the Directorate-General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Europea
 n Commission (DG MARE) is to establish an international forum for discussio
 n and exchange, offering concrete examples and guidelines on how to apply M
 aritime/Marine Spatial Planning: the MSPforum.\nThis edition will provide a
  space to discuss and exchange experiences, analyses and best practices on 
 the management of marine space through a sectoral approach focused on energ
 y, aquaculture, transportation and tourism.\n\nIn addition to thematic plen
 aries and technical workshops, a full day will be dedicated to visiting loc
 al stakeholders from the four sectors mentioned above, empowering participa
 nts to identify solutions and actions to conserve our ocean and use its res
 ources in a sustainable way.\n\nIt is jointly organised by UNESCO’s Intergo
 vernmental Oceanographic Commission and European Commission’s Directorate-G
