DESCRIPTION:For the first time the Regional Conference on Permafrost will be combined w
 ith the bi-annual International Conference on Cold Regions Engineering. RCO
 P 2021 is expected to bring international participation and we anticipate a
 s many as 500 attendees who will have the opportunity to organize side-proj
 ect meetings and enjoy field trips to the nearby Rocky Mountains.\nSession 
 proposals that address science and/or engineering topics with a focus on pe
 rmafrost are welcomed. We encourage equity, diversity, and inclusion in all
  Conference aspects and seek session proposals from varied teams representi
 ng as broad a perspective as possible. At least one early career session pr
