DESCRIPTION:This 5-day workshop at the Arctic Data Center will provide researchers with
  an overview of best data management practices, data science tools, and con

 a to the Arctic Data Center.\nThe Arctic Data Center provides training in d
 ata science and data management, as these are critical skills for the stewa
 rdship of the data, software, and other research products that are preserve
 d in the Arctic Data Center. The major goals of the Arctic Data Center are 
 to advance data archiving and promote reproducible science and data reuse.\
 nSpace for this workshop is limited. Both early career and established rese
 archers from the Arctic research community are encouraged to apply. \nParti
 cipants will receive support to cover the cost of an economy round trip air
 fare within the contiguous United States. Course participants will also be 
 provided with accommodation in Santa Barbara for the duration of the course
