 ofessional environment. Hopefully, by mid-September the pandemic has calmed
  down so that we  can meet again in person. We therefore wish to invite the
  Norwegian scientific community in environmental chemistry to a refreshing 
 and stimulating gathering in an informal setting at Hotel Alexandra in Loen
 , located in the beautiful fjord and glacier district of Norway.\nCatch the
  pulse of Norwegian Environmental Chemistry in 2020\nThis symposium is addr
 essing leading experts, authorities, regulators and scientists within all a
 spects of environmental chemistry. The symposium will provide an interdisci
 plinary platform for students, academic, industrial researchers and public 
 managers to present and discuss the most recent advancements, trends and co
 ncerns as well as practical challenges and solutions in environmental chemi
 stry.\nA dozen prominent environmental researchers and managers will be inv
 ited for plenary lectures to address the past, present and future issues of
  environmental chemistry. We invite you to provide an oral or poster presen
 tation at this symposium. Suggested topics are listed below, though present
 ations on adjacent topics that enlighten environmental chemistry are also s
 ought for. We sincerely hope that you will respond positively to this invit
 ation and call for papers. Please inform your colleagues about this opportu
 nity to share and discuss recent experiences and to be scientifically updat
 ed in a typical Norwegian informal setting. We look forward to your active
