 p>We are pleased to announce this call for abstracts for the APECS Polar Ca
 reer Workshop. We invite individuals early in their careers to submit their
  application to present a video/thesis/presentation - there is no restricti
 on on topics.</p><p>Individuals from underrepresented and non-academic back
 grounds are encouraged to submit a proposal. The event will consist of a da
 y of workshops on a range of topics, a series of presentations, and keynote
  speakers. Details of topics and items to be confirmed.</p><p><strong>Appli
