Th is is the first UK Polar ECR conference and is tailored towards this commun ity. The conference will focus on the high-quality science produced by ECRs and the contemporary issues Polar ECRs are facing. The scientific talks wi ll be divided in to five streams which will run parallel throughout the con ference:\n- Ecosystems\n- Oceanography \n - Geology and Glaciology\n- Atmosphere an d Climate\n- Social Sciences\nIn addition to scientific ta lks and posters, there will be a strong emphasis on careers & employabi lity, as well as discussing the future of UK Polar science.
