The U.S. Permafrost Association Education/Permafrost Young Researchers Network Fund will offer funding awards to cover the cost of abstract submission and registration to attend the 2020 virtual AGU conference. Students at any education level are welcome to apply in addition to post-graduate researchers (within two years of completing their last degree). Applicants will be evaluated on a merit basis and must be 1st author on a permafrost-related research presentation at AGU and have active memberships with both USPA and PYRN. Funding will be available for permafrost science and engineering disciplines. The AGU abstract deadline is July 29, 2020.
