490 Arctic MSCA PF Program

Are you looking for a postdoc position?

APECS’ new partner and host of the Directorate, UiT – The Arctic University of Norway is looking for postdoctoral candidates who wishto seek funding through EU's career and mobility program Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship (MSCA-PF) with UiT The Arctic University of Norway as host.

MSCA-PF is one of the most prestigious postdoctoral fellowships in the world, financed by the European Union’s Horizon Europe program. Approximately 1500 researchers from all around the world and from a variety of disciplines are awarded MSCA postdoctoral fellowships each year. Fellowship holders get generous funding to spend 2-3 years at their host institution of choice, doing a postdoctoral research project of their choice with a supervisor whose expertise best matches theirs. Sounds appealing?

UiT – The Arctic University of Norway’s own Arctic MSCA program supports candidates who wish to apply for MSCA postdoctoral fellowships. Potential applicants chosen by UiT supervisors get to take part in a three-day workshop in Tromsø in June 2022 where they can start working on their proposal and receive suggestions on how to write a successful one. Travel and accommodation costs are paid by UiT. Candidates also receive further help all along the proposal writing process and with submission.
