Alaska Fellows Program is a fall-to-spring residential fellowship program that nurtures the next generation of Alaska-based leaders by pairing talented young people with strong communities and professional mentors. 

Fellows work with a vetted nonprofit or public-sector organization to make tangible professional contributions; join a tight-knit residential fellowship community; and engage deeply with Alaska communities.  There are Fellow positions in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau, and Sitka, Alaska.

 
Open positions for the 2022/23 program include (but not limited to):
  • Helping communicate and promote the research, exhibitions, and public programs at the UA Museum of the North; 
  • Developing postsecondary pathways for students from around Alaska with Mt. Edgecumbe High School; 
  • Joining the core team building a visionary two-year liberal arts college with Outer Coast; 
  • Catalyzing public policy change to prevent child abuse and neglect with Alaska Children's Trust; 
  • Supporting the development and management of projects that help small businesses grow and thrive with Spruce Root, Inc.; and
  • Many other amazing positions with fantastic hosts
