The submission deadline has been extended to 1 October 2019. You may submit your manuscript now or up until the deadline. Submitted papers should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We also encourage authors to send a short abstract or tentative title to us in advance.
Water is fully open access. Open access (unlimited and free access by readers) increases publicity and promotes more frequent citations, as indicated by several studies. Open access is supported by the authors and their institutes. An Article Processing Charge of CHF 1500 (CHF 1600 in 2019) normally applies to all accepted papers, but we are able to offer a discount of at least 20% for this special issue.
