In 2008 a small group of students from Spain joined the scientists aboard the CCGS Amundsen to experience hands-on Arctic research in a cross-curricular approach and to share these experiences at science and education conferences and forums. The students then went on to share their experiences with over 2000 students back in Barcelona.
