Nunavut Research Institute (NRI) is your gateway to scientific research in Nunavut! NRI is responsible for licensing and coordinating scientific research activity across the territory as required under Nunavut'sScientists Act. NRI also operates a network of research facilities that offer a range of unique scientific support services to resident and visiting scientists. As a research broker, NRI provdies advice on research funding programs and work identify and foster partnerships that address sceince needs and concerns of Nunavummiut. As part of Nunavut Arctic College, NRI also delivers science training and outreach and mentorship for youth.
