The Nordic Master in Cold Climate Engineering gives its students a unique possibility to do fieldwork and projects in Greenland or Svalbard.
By actually going to the Arctic and applying your skills, you will get valuable firsthand insight into working as an engineer in one of the most challenging areas of the world.
The programme consists of three specialized study tracks:
• Land Track: Focus on Arctic geoengineering (DTU & NTNU)
• Sea track: Focus of Arctic ships and offshore structures (Aalto & NTNU)
• Space track: Focus on mapping and observing the Arctic (Aalto & DTU)
The Nordic Master in Cold Climate Engineering is offered within the Nordic Five Tech alliance between Aalto University in Finland, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
