Webinar on SCAR Fellowships in German

The Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR) and APECS Germany are organising a webinar on the SCAR Fellowship Programme. The webinar will be held via Zoom on Antarctica Day, 1st December 2021 at 3pm UTC/4pm CET.
The SCAR Fellowship Programme is designed to encourage the active involvement of early-career researchers in furthering our understanding of Antarctica. The Fellowships enable early-career researchers to join a project team from another country, rewarding 4-5 Fellowships of up to USD $15,000 per award each year. The webinar will give an overview of the programme, guide through the application process and leave plenty of time to ask questions.
The webinar will be held in German.

The Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR) und APECS Germany organisieren ein Webinar über die SCAR Fellowships. Das Webinar findet am Antarctica Day, dem 1. Dezember 2021, um 15:00 Uhr UTC/16:00 Uhr MEZ über Zoom statt.
SCAR Fellowships fördern die Arbeit von Jungwissenschaftler:innen (early career researchers), die über die Antarktis forschen. Die Stipendien ermöglichen es wissenschaftlichem Nachwuchs, einem Projektteam aus einem anderen Land beizutreten. Jährlich werden 4-5 Stipendien von bis zu 15.000 USD pro Auszeichnung vergeben. Das Webinar gibt einen Überblick über das Fellowship Programme, führt durch den Bewerbungsprozess und gibt die Möglichkeit, Fragen zu stellen.
Das Webinar findet in deutscher Sprache statt.
