GDR Recrystallisation Workshop

Location Les Houches, France
This workshop will be the place to exchange about fundamental mechanisms, modeling and experimental analyses of recrystallization and grain growth mechanisms. It will consist of plenary sessions, practicals on experimental and modeling tools, and open discussions.
The workshop consists in invited talks given by French and international experts, contributed talks, discussionsand practical sessions (software, data analysis, etc.). One of the sessions is organised exclusively by junior researchers (PhD students and postdocs).
The workshop will include 4 thematic sessions : fundamental mecanisms, recrystallisation in the industrial context, experimental characterization and simulation.
Invited talks will be given by Marc Legros, Marc Bernacki, Cecilia Poletti, Hakan Halberg and Benoit Appolaire.
Registration are open until November 15th.
