Association of Polar Early Career Scientists

The UK Polar Network is delighted to invite scientists, artists, storytellers, educators, and innovators to contribute to an Arctic seaweed exhibit at the Arctic Circle Assembly. We are particularly interested in contributions from early career individuals (from any discipline, sector, or geography).

Their aim is to showcase the beauty and contribution of seaweeds to society across the Arctic and sub-Arctic. The exhibition will be multimedia* and be displayed at the Harpa Concert Hall in Reykjavik on the 18th of October for Assembly attendees to engage with.

The UK Polar Network welcome submissions from anyone (you do not need to be attending the Assembly or be in Reykjavik to have your media included), but you will be responsible for shipping/bringing your contribution to us in advance of the event. They are able to print posters and small photograph prints on your behalf. You will be credited alongside your contribution. Unfortunately we do not have funding to compensate contributors.

Please send them your contribution or suggestions by the 30th of September. Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with questions, comments, and/or for a postal address.

The UK Polar Network encourage you to circulate this invitation to your network.
