PSECCO's 2024 BAJEDI Workshop registration is now open!
PSECCO is excited to announce its third belonging, accessibility, justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (BAJEDI) workshop specifically designed for polar early career scientists. This workshop will be run by the excellent folks with THRIVE Lifeline in conjunction with PSECCO.
In this workshop, you can expect to deepen your awareness and understanding of BAJEDI concepts, identify workplace barriers that impede BAJEDI, learn and begin to practice tools for improving your workplace culture, and inspire each other through daring discussions! This workshop will take place on October 2, 2024 from 10.00am to 1.00pm MT.

PSECCO's Fall 2024 Conference Travel Grant Applications are Now Open!
Travel awards to attend and present polar-related work at a conference are open to polar early career scientists and educators. In this fall 2024 funding cycle, PSECCO will be distributing $5,000 of awards. Applicants may request a reasonable amount of funding to support their travel to/from a conference, up to a value of $900 per person, with awards aimed at those with demonstrated financial need. An additional $100 is available for awardees who organize a PSECCO social event at the conference.
The application deadline is September 20, 2024 at 9.59pm AKT | 11.59pm MT | (September 21, 2024 at) 1.59am ET. PSECCO will open another round of conference travel funding in the Spring of 2025. To apply for travel funding, please fill out this application form.
